“Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist supe”

On the first day the breakfast was missing because of a staff shortage, but the staff generously refunded us the parking fee for the underground garage. The following days everything ran smoothly and we received freshly prepared breakfast on request. The bathroom lacks a place to hang towels; hooks should be installed.

Check‑in and key collection seemed complicated at first, but the message explained everything in detail. The small balcony in the room offered an exclusive view. Underground parking is available in the building, and the common room has a kitchen. Sound insulation is lacking, both from the street and from neighboring apartments.

The house manager Pradnya was lovely. The room featured a small Juliette balcony overlooking the passing No.25 trams, which was a nice touch. Avoid Room 8 until the shower door is fixed—despite Pradnya’s best efforts, the floor was flooded after every shower.

“It was a very comfortable stay in a quiet residential area but with super easy access further into town . Tram and bus s”

Very spacious room. Lovely communal areas. Access to kitchen facilities is very useful. The access code system is a little complicated upon arrival especially if you have paid for parking so try to arrive before 16.30 while reception staff are still there

“Персонал приветливый, завтрак каждый день свежий, но надо ждать пока приготовят. Скромный, но вкусный. Номер не соответс”

The area was close to public transport stops and grocery stores. The room was poorly cleaned, with a persistent odor throughout our stay, a broken shower door, a dirty towel dryer, mold in the bathroom, a hard bed, strange pillows, and cleaning was only available on request.
