The hotel’s management should have periodically checked the room and guests’ belongings; we couldn’t go straight to the counter because we needed room service, so we expected staff to inspect the room and help us.

The hotel was decent, the food was acceptable, and the staff spoke politely and treated guests well. However, the room was dirty, with spit stains on the wall, peeling paint, and a stained pillow cover; when I asked for a new pillow cover, the staff said none were available and told me to use the existing one.

The location was good and the price comfortable, but the staff’s hospitality knowledge was low.

The hotel was not that great; front‑line staff were on their phones most of the time, and guests had to ask about their room and floor, leaving a poor impression of the front desk.

The food was good, rooms were comfy, and the location was nice—overall a good stay for the price. The downside was the bathroom water issue: the tank had to be refilled every evening, leaving no water for about two hours each day, and the reception staff needed to be more attentive to guests’ needs.
