A very beautiful hotel in a great location, stylishly furnished spacious rooms with a large bathroom, and wonderful food in a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was generous, but the staff were poorly managed and sometimes seemed unmotivated.

The hotel sits wonderfully in nature yet is well connected to Chemnitz and beyond. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We were given a room with a bathtub, but we wanted a shower, which was arranged without hassle. We would have appreciated a way to brew coffee in the room and a self‑service coffee machine in the breakfast area.

The location is gorgeous and the food is tasty, but there isn’t enough staff, which makes the wait times longer.
