Great location, staff and the pool was excellent with perfect temperature, yet the toilet in the room is not fully enclosed to the ceiling so can be a bit of a shared experience.

Pool access rooms are nice for a swim right after getting out of bed, but not much of a view; from the upper ones you could see the Sea. The Staff is really lovely (even more than Thai standards) and will help you with everything.

The room was spacious; I loved the open layout. Well-appointed amenities throughout the room, plus comfy chairs on the balcony to soak up the views. The staff were always friendly and helpful too. The swimming pool was clean and just the right temperature - not too hot or too cold. The cute cats and dogs hung out in the lobby - a nice initiative to look after stray animals. The included breakfast was nice, but it got a bit boring because it was the same dishes every day. It isn't vegan-friendly, but they'll accommodate you if you bring your own vegan ingredients (a Big C supermarket is a 10-minute walk away)

Location to beach area. Room overall was interesting while clean it was very run down in both furniture and decor. Concrete ceiling not even painted etc. May have been 4 star in 2016 certainly not now more 2 star. Aircon made the room smell musky and damp to the degree we had booked for two nights and stayed neither.
