The location is convenient, and the room overlooking Palazzo Ducale is very striking. The room is small but comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There are hangers (though I don’t always find them). The breakfast is amazing in a frescoed room with exposed beams in the adjacent building. The main issue is the noise, not so much the chatter from the square (it’s there!), but the sound of laundry carts at 4 am. I reported it at check‑out and it was resolved with an apology.
