The front desk was friendly and kept trying to sort out the mess when they couldn't locate my original booking. Apparently the property is no longer part of the Atour chain, so my reservation vanished. Because I was already on site I had to scramble for a last‑minute room, which ended up being a windowless one. At least the staff kept apologizing and tried to make it right.

Location couldn't be better – right next to the subway and within easy reach of the main attractions. I didn’t notice any downsides.

Breakfast offered a decent variety and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms spotless – big shout‑out to the cleaning lady. The only drawback was that the walls were thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was easy to hear.
