After our Nha Trang holiday, what struck us most was how convenient everything was. The hotel at 14 Tran Phu Street is easy to find, and the beach is just across the road. Our room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well kept, the buffet breakfast was tasty, and the staff always delivered professional service. They can arrange airport transfers and island tours, which is handy for families and first‑time visitors. A family of five used it. Overall, it was excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was good. I was very satisfied with the swimming pool and beach. Being close to downtown is also a huge advantage.

Ruby Luxury Hotel surprised us pleasantly during our holiday. We chose it mainly because we wanted to stay right by the beach, and that decision turned out perfect. The sea was so close that we could walk out whenever we had free time. Our room was comfortable and cleaned carefully each day. The dining area was spacious and comfortable. During the hotter part of the day, we spent time at the second‑floor pool, a nice spot to cool down and relax. The employees were approachable and helpful throughout our stay. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable when asking for assistance. I would happily recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Nha Trang.
