The staff were fantastic and helpful, the gardens were beautiful, the pools gorgeous, the bedrooms spacious, and the food good – no complaints at all! I just wish we’d seen Kalu himself 😂

The location was amazing and the staff were incredible; meeting Kaluwitharana was an added highlight!

We were welcomed with a brief but pleasant face and shoulder massage, which was truly amazing! The hotel is very cozy and perfect as a base for the jeep safari in Udawalawe Park. The service matches the place. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is roomy. Dinner was excellent, with local buffet food. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but it was worth staying longer.

We had a wonderful time! Everyone was so polite and worked hard to meet our needs. The property is beautiful and offers a wonderful mix of conservation and tourism. It was very peaceful and we will definitely return.
