Grand Diamond Suites Hotel

“Very enjoyable. Easy access to shopping and food.”

Lovely breakfast. Great choices. Lots of fresh fruit and salad

The location is very good and very convenient, especially for shopping, as everything is nearby. When I arrived, there was leftover food in the refrigerator and on the table, which made me feel that the room had not been properly cleaned before check-in. I hope the hotel can improve its room cleaning and preparation for future guests

“Very Disappointing Experience - Rude and Unprofessional Reception Staff”

Very Disappointing Experience – Rude and Unprofessional Reception Staff I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the room I had booked was not ready, which was already frustrating. However, what made the situation even worse was the attitude of the male receptionist. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. Instead of handling the situation professionally or offering a reasonable solution, his attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. For a hotel operating in the hospitality industry, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially when the hotel itself has failed to have their booked room ready. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously, as such behaviour reflects very poorly on the hotel's reputation
