I booked accommodation with UAB “Saurida” at Vilniaus g. 373a, Šiauliai (Booking order No. 6780.160.100), and 35 euros were debited from my bank card. When I arrived at the address Vilniaus g. 373a, Šiauliai, no room key was left in the safe, even though the information I had received said it would be there. I called the listed phone number and sent an SMS, but no one responded. Because of the poor customer service from UAB “Saurida”, I could not access the booked room and had to urgently find another place to stay in a foreign city that night.

We managed to get a room, but it was barely usable. The second time we booked, the room was already taken, and when we called to confirm we were told we didn’t have a room and apologized.

The night room felt like a day room, with light from the outdoor lamps, no blinds to block it, the TV sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t, there were few channels and all had interruptions, and the two beds were connected.
