The place is close to the beach. However, there was no towel change, no paper in the toilet every day (at least by end of day), the seats inside were uncomfortable, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

No comments. The pricing shown in USD on the page is what’s agreed upon, including fees. When you arrive they charge you in their local currency at a much higher rate; the three bedrooms ended up costing me $40 more. On top of that, the staff were rude—the guy and the lady—check‑in was disorganized, we stayed three nights and no one came to offer cleaning, towels, soap, etc.

The only thing that mattered was the location, but the staff were very rude and I stayed three nights without anyone ever coming to clean or replace towels, TP, or soap—nothing at all.

The shuttle service was well executed, the driver was easy to find at the airport, and the pickup and return to the airport were seamless; room cleaning on request was very satisfactory; having a parking lot attendant on duty all day made my husband feel safe and assured; a toilet plugger was dealt with very professionally, and locking myself out of my room at 10:00 pm was handled with priority and ease; the beach and great restaurants and bars are very close. I did not like living out of my suitcase on the floor, there were no shelves or hangers in the room, and cabinets, shelves or a closet would have been a nice touch.
