The breakfast was great and the hotel fantastic. The terrace was wonderful for watching the balloons. The room was really spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The view was fantastic, the room and bathroom were roomy, and there were several outdoor seating spots that buzzed with people watching the balloons. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast stayed consistently superb throughout our three days there. Everything else was great.

“Our superior cave suite made for a truly memorable, luxurious experience.”

We booked a superior suite that felt very luxurious and spacious. A Turkey travel guide warned that cave hotels can smell musty, but this room was well ventilated and roomy. We also enjoyed a full, classic breakfast on an open terrace with an expansive view of the countryside. The sense of luxury was undeniable. However, we’re both in our 70s, so the lack of an elevator and the 68 steps (about four floors) down from the lobby to our room added some exercise. Coupled with the mattress being directly on the floor and the very slippery shower tiles, this isn’t the best choice if you have physical challenges.

The customer service was incredibly friendly and kind; I loved the view and the breakfast was out of this world. They had a special breakfast in the Royal suite, and the rooms were huge, clean, and had nice design details, plus a jacuzzi. I highly recommend it.
