We booked through Booking, but when we arrived the room had already been given to another guest. The staff showed no responsibility at all. We came to Kazakhstan from another city specifically for a vacation.

The venue is large with an inner courtyard and a pool suitable for hot months; the owner is a kind man and the guard is also courteous and helpful despite not speaking English. The location is marketed as a full villa, and that is what I saw, but if someone else rents the second room, they will enter with you and privacy is lost.

“Un très bon séjour en famille”

The staff are very friendly and available at all times. We stayed in a huge house as a family visiting the RCH (with a child and an elderly person); there is a pleasant garden, an outdoor pool that the child loved, a sauna (extra charge) decorated with raw wood, very authentic and original, and it was hot. The kitchen is large with a TV, and the dining room is big. We appreciated the nighttime silence, very restful. The host showed us the way to a local grocery that wasn’t on the map. To get to town we used the taxi service. The neighborhood is residential and family‑friendly, very quiet, the people are polite, and they gave directions when we got a bit lost. The bedding is comfortable. The microwave doesn’t heat well; use a mattress protector. There is no lock on the door, but since we were alone it wasn’t an issue.
