“Worst stay ever”
The location was close to the main facilities, but the caravan was unkempt and overgrown; inside it was tired, broken, and stained, with no privacy for the single room—only a curtain used as a door, though sliding doors could have been installed. The door frames crumbled, beds and walls were stained, and brown myck covered all door handles. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, springs felt through the mattresses; black mould appeared in and around the bedrooms. The bathroom was dirty, silicone needed replacing, blinds were mouldy, ripped, and had holes. Radiators leaked, and carpet stains covered the caravan. The sofa was falling apart. Internet was terrible, with no signal in the bedroom where the TV was. The welcome pack was old and had shabby teabags.
