I left feeling disappointed 😞
“Great location, clean and comfortable stay, friendly staff, and an excellent value for the price.”
I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel’s location was great and the price was very reasonable. Everything was clean, and I especially loved how fresh and clean the hotel smelled. The free breakfast was a great bonus and had everything I needed to start my day. I also felt very safe during my stay, which made the experience even better. The outside sitting area was a nice touch and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! The overall taste of the food could have been better. I also would have liked to see more fruit options. Additionally, the lights were not on in the breakfast area, which made it feel a little dark. The pillows in the room did not meet my expectations.
“Wonderful”
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.
“I didn’t stay cause rooms wasn’t available for me to stay after I booked”
The customer service was awful, and overall the service left a lot to be desired.
“Bien ménage et planning à revoir”
The room was functional, but we arrived with two adults and two children and the room was still not ready at 20h. We were flooded with water for 24h because of a climate control problem… the cleaning was average, with used cotton swabs between the furniture and a huge cockroach in the bathroom… otherwise the breakfast was simple but adequate. We appreciated the unlimited coffee and free daily.
