We just grabbed a muffin and a fruit/yogurt cup. A bench outside to wait for our car would have helped because it was very busy, and parking was expensive; the rooms should also include free refrigerators.

The location was perfect—everything was within a block or two, and I loved that Costentino’s grocery store was just around the corner, as was the streetcar. I would have appreciated more information from the staff about special activities inside the hotel; I heard about yoga in the elevator, but it would have been nice to get more details from the front desk.

Staff was friendly. Booked a double Queen room check in was supposed to be at 3 P.M and was told room wasn't ready. Went back at 6 P.M and was told room wasn't ready. Went back at 8 P.M and was offered a single king size bed. We ended up getting our room around 9 p.m that evening. We was givin 2 hot water bottles for our inconvenience. Biggest rip off
