The stay was good because of the location and the hotel’s modern design. I’d like to thank Mr. Hakan at reception for being cheerful and helpful, and also Mr. Safa and Mr. Yusef for their assistance whenever we requested service. The room cleaning was inadequate; they only tidied the room and emptied the trash cans but didn’t clean the bathroom floors. Breakfast was very basic despite the variety offered; the selection was extremely limited, and once the food ran out it wasn’t replenished, especially in the last hour. Unfortunately some of the fruit on the plates was spoiled, including apples, nectarines and cherry tomatoes.

The staff were very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small. The gym could use better maintenance and more attention, and the location was a little inconvenient for getting around, but overall it was a great stay.

“كل شي مثالي”

The location, comfort, cleanliness, and overall staff friendliness were excellent, and especially the front desk thanked me for upgrading my room for free after I complained about the cramped space. I also want to thank the night shift staff, Hakan, and the concierge for their great service, and I’ll never forget the manager, Jerison.
