A smoke‑free, 15‑minute walk leads to Rangikapiti Pa Historic Reserve, while Coopers Beach’s white sands are a 3‑minute drive. Rooms feature flat‑screen TVs, kitchenettes, private showers, and complimentary linens.

A very helpful and friendly lady at the front desk. Reasonably priced. A short walk to get some dinner.

The location was stellar, with a gorgeous bay view, and I could stroll straight into Mangonui township. The only downside was that the bed needed an upgrade.
