The property is very close to a subway station, just minutes away, which was very convenient. There were also many konbinis and restaurants nearby. The staff were wonderful, and two of them helped me when I had difficulty; I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help. The only thing I had to deal with on my last stay at a Toyoko Inn was a bed that had something wrong with it, which messed up my back. Not so with this location – I can’t really complain about anything.

The location in Shinyuku was great. The breakfast was not suitable for westerners.

The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was tasty. The only downsides were that slippers weren’t provided in the room and the check‑in/check‑out machines were a bit confusing.
