New Work Hotel Essen

I love staying at this centrally located hotel; the rooms are clean, tidy, and well furnished, and the breakfast offers a good variety.

“Brilliant location and comfortable but seem to have staffing issues”

The location is brilliant, just minutes on foot from Essen central station, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean, the room is a good size, it’s fairly quiet even though it’s in the city centre, and the staff were friendly when I could reach them. I had stayed here before and was a little disappointed this time: no staff at night and for several hours during the day; there was a problem in my room the first night that the staff fixed after I called, but the next morning I couldn’t get anyone and had to wait for staff to arrive to change rooms, so I missed an appointment; the coffee machine didn’t work on day one; breakfast was a variety of items on a single plate (but a good choice); I’m not sure if anyone else was staying here – it was a little unsettling at night.

“Çok kötü”

Zero. I think my money should be refunded; it was that bad and dirty.

“Çok kötü”

The place was terrible, nothing I liked. The staff were filthy, like corpses. I spent three nights with the power out until morning and want a refund.

“Çok kötü”

The facility was awful, I liked nothing at all. Security was non‑existent, there was no service, the lights went out in the evening, nobody was around, and no staff would help you.
