The place looks great, the staff are kind and attentive, the activities are good, there are several restaurants, and the evening shows are excellent. But it feels like an industrial building, the beach is non‑existent and pebbly.

The renovated rooms are very pretty, the entire staff was very friendly, and the Mexican show was beautiful.

They treated my autistic son with inclusivity, I asked for a meal time exception and they were kind to consider the child. The bathtub had no stopper, the room phone didn’t work, the minibar only had water, we couldn’t use one of the restaurants because of the bracelet color, and they wouldn’t let my 6‑year‑old son enter the women’s bathroom because, for safety, I didn’t send him to the men’s bathroom.

We really enjoyed the shows we were able to see, the overall staff friendliness, and we liked the rooms they gave us. There were few activities, limited food variety, and more restaurants open at all times are needed because there are many “blind spots” where nothing can be found to eat; the bars lack snacks for those who stay drinking.
