The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the room exceeded my expectations for that price, and it was also close to the center of Da Lat, just a 2‑minute motorbike ride to the night market.

Because I saw good ratings on Booking before, I booked one night for two people at 400k per night, thinking it was very cheap. But the experience was terrible: the bed on the first floor was in a corner, and when we received the room the bed was covered in dust. They didn’t check or replace the bed before we arrived, possibly because it had been empty for a while. I forgot to mention it because I was in a hurry, and when we went to bed at night the dust made us itch all over, so we couldn’t sleep. I reported it to the staff; initially they said the staff had finished work, but then they offered to change the bed. They only changed the mattress, not the pillow, and it was still awful.
