The place was very nice and clean, but there should have been more staff to help with check‑in instead of just one person.

Breakfast buffet was good. Limited food options except for breakfast brunch. Problem with shower/bath faucet took 3 days to address after multiple request. Room phone was not working. Eventually, I had to change my room

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, which was frustrating after paying a rate above average for St. Louis hotels; it seemed the manager hadn’t trained staff to check supplies. After a pool visit, I had to walk back to the room with my kids, call the front desk, and wait 10 minutes for shampoo. A cleaning lady also knocked on my door at 8:00 am, ruining my sleep, and there were a few flies over our breakfast.

The pool was great and the waterfall sound stayed on all day, plus the breakfast was tasty, but the balcony door was stuck and hard to open or close.
