The place itself was awful—toilets were filthy, the sofa and beds were dirty, dishes weren’t washed properly, and there were so many other problems; don’t book here, I even messaged the owner but he didn’t reply properly and claimed he didn’t know the caravan was dirty 🙄 Worst caravan experience ever.

The location was good and the accommodation comfortable, but there was no heating or hot water, someone’s trousers were left in the wardrobe, and neither toilet had toilet roll.

The caravan was well equipped and clean, and the holiday park was great, though you have to buy passes to use the entertainment; finding the caravan the first time was a bit hard because the park is huge, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The location and park entertainment were fine, yet the caravan absolutely stank, the couch smelled of urine, and the cutlery was dirty.

Cancelled our booking the morning we were due to arrive as they had double booked. Didn’t response to any messages or even apologise for their mistake. Had 2 very upset children
