I recently had a disastrous stay at this hotel, and it's a miracle I made it out alive. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. The worst part of my stay was the blatant attempt to scam me through their deceptive billing practices. They charged me a "City GST" that was completely invalid, and when I brought it up, the manager and MD were dismissive and unhelpful.

The way they treated me and my wife was unacceptable, and it's clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction or fairness.
