I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, the aircon wasn't working and the bed was infested with bedbugs. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unhelpful when I tried to report the issue. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast, which was actually quite good. But with all the problems I encountered, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Despite the challenges I faced, the staff were absolutely wonderful and did their best to help me out. However, the property had some major issues, including a confusing location on Google Maps, frequent power cuts, and unreliable internet. It was frustrating to deal with these problems, but the staff's kindness made it slightly more bearable.

The breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a wide range of options and delicious food. Unfortunately, that's about all I can say positively about my stay, as there were no other redeeming features to speak of.

The hotel's bathroom fittings were a bit of a letdown, and there wasn't a restaurant nearby, but the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame about the condition of the bathroom, but the staff made up for it with their good service.

We checked in late and were greeted by a staff who seemed more interested in getting paid than showing us to our room. The Wi-Fi was only available at the reception desk, and the bathroom was a disaster - the towels were dirty and they only gave us toilet paper when we asked for it. To make matters worse, the power went out at 8pm and they only had a generator to provide some light.
