I could use the pool that wasn’t included, but there was no shower gel. Staff could explain things better, suggest a wine tasting, or offer a discount for staying. The worst part of the stay was after dinner around 21:00 when the gate was closed! I tried calling but no one answered, and reception only worked until 18:00. After a long wait, someone finally helped us. If that hadn’t happened, I would have had to leave with my bags in the room. At checkout they took the keys and didn’t ask if everything was fine!

There wasn’t much to do on the property, and there was no real place to relax. The experience fell far short of what the listing promised: the accommodation felt old, the room was tiny for one adult and two children, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Our extra child had to use a basic camp bed with only minimal sheets, leaving him cold all night, and no extra blankets were available while the reception was unmanned. The pool shown in the photos wasn’t accessible, and the confirmation email even noted that pool towels weren’t provided. The advertised “vineyard view” was just a roof and dry plants, the breakfast room looked tired, and the so‑called terrace only had two tables and four chairs squeezed between a wall and a bush, still with no view. I left two jackets in the room and noticed it right after checkout; the staff never answered my calls or messages for two days, and one jacket was never found even though both had been on the closet hangers, which stayed lit all night—another equipment glitch. The response to my request was lacking in consideration.
