No positives. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple mistakes: I was given a room already occupied by another guest and had to wait, then I was assigned a dirty room with stained sheets, and finally I received another room that was also dirty, had dead animals, cockroaches, and even the bed was infested with roaches.

I didn’t stay the night because it was so bad that I asked for a refund, but they wouldn’t give me my money.

The whole place was awful – the keys didn’t work for any room, so I had to move twice, and both rooms were heavy on cigarette smell. The locks looked cheap, and the rooms were missing basic stuff like tissue and hand soap. They even tried to charge me $0.50 for tissue, and at the end a manager accused me of taking his cheap, dirty towels that were left for guests.

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. The service was completely unhelpful, and the staff didn't speak a word of English, making it impossible for us to communicate. To make matters worse, they refused to give us a refund for the night we didn't stay. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
