Very rude behaviour – I arrived early and they spoke badly, telling me when the room would be ready and then came.

“Horrible not felt safe”

The hotel manager was very rude, asking for my digilocker password; I refused, then he demanded my Aadhaar card, and after I sent it he kept asking again and again, trying to irritate me – under Article 21 of the privacy law, no one can ask for such passwords.

“Fair to stay but rooms can be better.”

The room conditions were disappointing, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, polite and approachable throughout the stay, even though the room issues were frustrating. The first room had a broken roof and no keys; the staff said, “Leave your belongings here; there’s a camera, so nothing will happen,” which felt very insecure. When I asked for a different room, they gave me another one with a broken shower, making the experience very disappointing overall.
