The Standard Double Room sleeps two and is accessed by elevator to the upper floors. It includes air‑conditioning, heating, a flat‑screen TV, free Wi‑Fi, a Blu‑ray player, telephone, electric kettle, refrigerator, carpeted flooring and a socket beside the bed, with wake‑up service available. The private bathroom features a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, towels, toilet paper and free toiletries.

The location is convenient near the metro station, the rooftop view of the Skytree and the river is fantastic, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a bit small for two large suitcases, yet it was still comfortable and quiet.
The hotel’s spot was incredibly convenient and the rooftop was open 24 hours with a clean environment. However, the air‑conditioner started leaking when set below 26 °C, so guests were asked to keep it at 26 °C; during housekeeping the staff set it to 20 °C and then forgot to turn it off, leaving the duvet soaked when we returned to the room at night.

The view from the terrace and the location are fantastic, with several metro stations just a short walk away, making travel easy. There are plenty of places to buy food or dine right in the café, and the staff are attentive. The room, however, is very small, and the rule was that anything left on the bed wouldn’t be cleaned up, so there was nowhere to put more items.
The view of Tokyo Tower was great and the staff spoke good English. The room was narrow, but it was very clean.
