I was really impressed with the comfortable bed and the nice bathroom, which was definitely one of the best I've seen in Thailand. However, the beds were ridiculously hard, which made for a pretty uncomfortable night's sleep.

The road to the hotel was a bit tricky to navigate, but once I arrived, the atmosphere was amazing. There's a fake waterfall, a hanging bridge, and you can walk or bike around in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they even had a golf cart service to take you around the resort. My room in the dome was really comfortable, with a great air conditioner and a clean space. They even had Netflix available.

“Nightmare”

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. The cleanliness was subpar, and to make matters worse, the room was pitch black at night because the light didn't work. It was a shame because the area had a lot of potential.

I have to say, my experience at this hotel was quite different from what I'd expected. Unfortunately, the staff were some of the rudest and most unwelcoming I've ever encountered - the ladyboy at breakfast was particularly unfriendly. On top of that, the domes smelled strongly of plastic because of their material. It was a real disappointment.

Overall, the atmosphere of the resort was great - it was quiet and peaceful, and the dome rooms were really comfortable. However, the road to get there was a bit rough, especially at night when there were no streetlights. The breakfast service was also a bit slow, and some items ran out before they could be replenished. I had to wait a while for them to refill the buffet.
