“Buena ubicación y gran personal”
The front desk staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations. The hotel is beautiful, with a pleasant terrace pool where you can have breakfast, and the breakfast itself is varied. The room has a very comfortable bed and the right size. The location is good, close to many monuments and the market.
The hotel itself is stunning, with very modern and clean rooms. We enjoyed the spa and a great hot stone massage. Breakfast and other food were delicious, and the lounge bar was entertaining. The location is excellent; if it’s not too hot you can walk to the main attraction. The real highlight was the staff—they took amazing care of us and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you again for this amazing stay.
“Very poor customer service.”
The hotel’s spa is excellent with proper massage facilities. Customer service was appalling. I booked for three nights. Dinner on Saturday night was so slow that I left for a restaurant across the street. I was shocked to see hotel staff bringing take‑away meals from that restaurant into the hotel restaurant. On Sunday there was no food at all—no peanuts, nothing. On Monday I was told to move out because they had over‑booked my room, and the hotel made no effort to find alternative accommodation.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. We chose it based on a GPT chat recommendation and didn’t regret it. Service is top‑level, staff polite. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Breakfasts are luxurious. The pool, spa, and the Registan and bazaar are within walking distance.
