The room was dirty, with black mold and did not match the advertisement. The room next door was involved in drug deals, and the staff were unprofessional.

I had no positives to mention; the experience was disappointing and the place does not match the description.

Nothing. The stay was very disappointing and I would not recommend it. The address given was wrong, so I had to contact the host, who then sent me to a completely different property. I arrived to a double room even though I had paid for a twin. The cleaner had to call her manager to arrange a twin, adding more delay and inconvenience. Worse, the room seemed to have bed bugs, leaving me itchy all night and unable to sleep. I had work the next morning and a long drive, so the experience was particularly upsetting and exhausting. After the wrong address, being redirected, receiving the wrong room, and dealing with the apparent bed‑bug issue, I would definitely not stay here again.

“Pretty, pretty gross”

The location was relatively good, but the place was revolting. It was unclean, insecure, the room was falling apart, plumbing didn’t work properly, and it smelled of sewage and cigarettes. It was very expensive for what it offered—essentially a £15 youth hostel service at 3‑star prices. Absolutely gross. It will get you through a pinch, but avoid it if you have any other options.

“Short stay 2 nights ok but longer stays no comfortable”

Close to the bus stop, convenient for getting off the local bus and into the house, especially when your suitcase is full and heavy. The street is noisy, the entrance is complicated, and the interior conditions are bad, with walls and ceiling in poor shape.
