The hotel is new and nice, yet everything is automated. During the computer‑based check‑out I wasn’t told that I hadn’t paid the city surcharge of 2 EUR, and the subsequent reminders never reached me, while the email from the appointed debt‑collection agency for 20,92 EUR did arrive—unbelievable! When I complained, I was promised a callback, but I’m still waiting.

The hotel was clean, the location great, and self‑check‑in/out worked well. There was a breakfast option to purchase. The lack of staff was mostly fine for me, but we accidentally walked in from the street without our card, meaning anyone could do the same. During a fire that night the alarm went off, firemen came up the emergency exit, and no staff told us what was happening or what to do. A staff member was available for breakfast but just stood there and didn’t say anything when we asked. Who do you turn to when there’s a problem? You need staff, and the price doesn’t justify the absence.

Modernes Design, nettes Team, ökologisches Setup, guter Zustand des Zimmers. Zimmer eher klein und Stauraum im Zimmer minimal bzw. etwas versteckt
