The place was fine. I couldn’t sleep because of acoustic problems—people talking and the TV was unbearable.

Hello, the kitchen smells in room 8 are awful. The ventilation duct from the restaurant’s kitchen opens next to the roof window; it’s very unpleasant, especially when the menu is fish.

The hotel’s location is central to LRB, though parking is off‑site on a side street; the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast cost 13 € each, was plentiful and well presented. The room was large with a very good shower and overlooked the town square (see photo), offering a great people‑watching spot. The hotel spans several levels, so stairs must be negotiated because there is no lift/elevator. Car parking is unavailable, so street parking must be used, and on Thursdays a market forces parking to become available at a premium.
