The building was tastefully decorated, centrally located, and the opening mechanism for the main gate and room doors was nice and functional. The only downside I found was the lack of a reading light beside the bed or on the desk; the room was poorly lit.

The room was small but suitable for one night, and it stayed quiet. The price matched the value, and the central spot was convenient. Enclosed parking cost €10, though cheaper public options were close by. At arrival, there was no staff present—just a TV blaring and many cameras. Someone appeared at breakfast, but she didn't interact much. Breakfast itself was subpar, though we didn't pay for it, so it didn't bother us.

The stay was definitely positive. The accommodation was spotless in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. Breakfast offered a range of sweet and savory items. Kudos for the welcome: the only staff member on site was friendly, professional, and extremely courteous. The owner, Mr. Nello, was also very polite and helpful, granting an early check‑in so we could leave our luggage safely in our room and continue our day in Naples. A few points that could improve a perfect stay: replace the freight elevator—full of limitations and instructions—with a standard one for easier, safer movement. In the bathroom, adding a toilet brush would be useful. For breakfast, it would be great to see a selection of local homemade pastries instead of packaged ones.
