Dino and his companion’s attention and care went beyond expectations, the place feels lively and welcoming, and breakfast is served at a nearby café right on the Duomo square. However, some cars bother you until 24:00, and the mosquitoes are just as annoying as in the summer, forcing you to use repellant.

Everything is just as it should be. From the moment you enter the building it’s beautiful, with an elevator and a lovely lobby that matches the photos. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom is integrated into the room. Breakfast is spectacular and only 100 meters away, right across from the Cathedral of Messina. Everything is fine.

Good spot close to the center. The hot water in the bathroom ran out on the first afternoon, no hot water from the taps, the sink plug was broken, and that stayed the same for the remaining two days I was there. I will not recommend this hotel or B&B.

“Fantastic location and room but beware of the noise level”

Excellent location and a very accommodating host. We enjoyed Messina a lot, and Dino did everything to make our stay great. The building and rooms are lovely and breakfast was good. We literally slept about one hour because the noise was incredibly loud and kept going until after 3:30 a.m. It wasn’t the host’s fault, but be prepared.

“I needed an invoice after my stay and the staff completely disappeared and stopped replying.”

The breakfast was moved to a different spot, and halfway through my stay the breakfast area closed for the day, leaving us without any food. I sent a message to the staff requesting an invoice after my stay, but they stopped replying and vanished.
