The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean, but the hotel entrance and breakfast were far from suitable.

The location is fantastic for shopping in the Pratunam area, and there are no negatives.

The star rating should be 1, not 4; the rooms are very small and there is a lot of noise from staff cleaning the next room and from other rooms.

The location and facilities are good, the staff are very good, and I would book again if I come back.

The work area is good, but the entrance to the school and the school sign are unclear.
