“2 night séjour in Hanoi at l'Heritage Hotel”

The Old Quarter location was super convenient—literally steps from restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. The room was well‑appointed and very comfortable. I did report a few minor issues at the end of my stay: 1) a buzzing noise at night from the ceiling that slightly disturbed sleep; 2) the bedside lamps were too dim and poorly positioned for reading; 3) the day tour booked through the hotel seemed a bit pricey for the activities included.

The location, the hotel’s politeness, and the good, varied breakfasts were great. There was nothing negative.

“Excellent location with very helpful staff”

I think this is one of the best spots in the Old Quarter, and the restaurant recommendations on the hotel map and from the staff are outstanding! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was huge. There was a great view at breakfast and from our balcony.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was huge and comfortable, and the hotel is close to everything; my room stayed quiet even though we were in the Old Quarter, so I’d stay there again.
