Breakfast was very good, and the hotel’s location was also nice. The bike room is not level, making it a bit difficult to navigate. The wellness area was not freely accessible, and I didn’t receive any information about the Trentino App, so I missed out on discounts for mountain lifts and oil sales.

The building was grand with lovely décor, and we had two balconies that were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful with the Trentino card. However, we paid a lot for a superior double room and were told our package did not include the indoor pool and spa; to use them we had to pay €25 per person per day. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool, so it was not clear that it was not part of our package. It seemed only for the ultra‑posh rooms, very snooty, and the spa staff acted like Rottweilers guarding the entrance. The indoor pool looked lovely but I didn’t go in because I didn’t want to feel ripped off. The outdoor pool was freezing cold, very disappointing.

The staff, especially Martina at reception and the other guy with the black mustache, were very warm and kind.
