The service was excellent and every staff member everywhere was very, very helpful and nice; the food and cocktails were good, though all‑inclusive packages are usually mediocre. This hotel has a unique concept and is very permissive about sex and nudity on the grounds, offering an experience for those who have not tried it yet, but everyone should decide if it suits them; for us it was a good experience. The room’s cleanliness was low (walking barefoot in the room feels unclean), and on the second day the room was not cleaned at all; there were also no bedside lamps, but otherwise everything was excellent.

“Fun week to be free.”

I loved the playmakers, especially April and Adolpho, but the sales people were overly aggressive, particularly those trying to sell membership; they were polite until we decided not to get a membership.

It was an unforgettable experience thanks to everyone who works at the hotel, who are very kind, and Camila made our stay unforgettable; she recommended the place widely. The sargazo was present, but that is not the hotel’s fault.
