After being ripped off by Miyas Tour, the staff gave me a warm welcome and managed to turn the whole trip into something pleasant. The kitchen was solid and the bathroom always had hot water. Their restaurant served very tasty dishes at surprisingly low prices.

The spot is really peaceful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the music from the “marquesa” was louder than I expected and a bit annoying.

Alejandra was super friendly and even let me leave my bags after checkout because my flight was early. When I went to drop off the keys, the owner Nancy greeted me coldly and claimed I owed an extra fee that had never been mentioned, refusing to say how much. It felt like a mixed message from the same place, and the lack of clear info on extra charges was frustrating. The staff should spell out any additional fees up front.

The location works great – set on the edge of town but only a short walk to the center, with a panoramic view of Licancabur that makes the place feel really calm. The family‑run vibe shows in the staff’s warmth and the spotless rooms, and the kitchen is well stocked. Everything lived up to what I hoped for.
