The location is perfect, the cleanliness and breakfast by the Crotone waterfront, the owner’s friendly communication and his tips for a great dinner nearby are positives; the building needs maintenance, the room is too small for three people, and the owner’s wife showed little empathy.

The room is nicely positioned between the port and the city center, and the surroundings are quiet. The apartment and its equipment are brand new, but the washing machine shown in the photos wasn’t actually accessible.

The place looks unremarkable from the outside, but inside it’s been completely renovated and everything feels brand‑new and stunning. The room is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the bathroom is also brand‑new, spotless, and roomy. The owners were very kind, giving us directions to the beach and restaurants, and the breakfast served at their bar with vouchers was great.
