The location was great, the staff lovely, the pool amazing, and the overall experience excellent, but the gym facilities could use improvement.

Located in Brisbane CBD, it offers on-site restaurants, including Settimo by Guy Grossi for Italian cuisine and The Charles' for international fare. City Botanic Gardens are 350 metres away. Guest rooms feature air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and coffee machines, with some offering city or river views.

Facilities, location, service, and comfort were all top‑level.

The room itself was nice and the shower was great, yet the exterior of the room was awful, looking onto another building with no view at all, so opening the curtains wasn’t worth it.
