A quick stay here worked well; the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we liked the place.

The check‑in was very flexible, but the chocolate mousse was disappointing and the air‑conditioning was weak, making the room hot; when we left, there were some electrical issues with the bill that didn’t go through properly.

I didn’t eat anything at the hotel, and I had to pay a $100 fee to bring my small dog in and out of the building.

There were plenty of parking spaces, but the rooms were very noisy and could be heard from far away.

The location was convenient for my destination, yet the hotel charged me an extra $100 on my credit card for incidentals without telling me, and then claimed it would take three days to refund it—completely ridiculous.
