The service was excellent, from the reception staff to the kitchen crew and the housekeeping team, all performed impeccably; everyone deserves praise.

The hotel is average, expensive, and fails to surprise guests; I chose it because it is close to Unioeste.

I liked the bathroom and how clean the rooms were, but I didn't like the space; it felt too small.
