After a car wreck and being discharged from Tweed Valley hospital with no lodging, no car, and no alternatives, the staff were incredibly supportive, gladly watched our bags and let us come and go while we sorted our situation—couldn't have asked for more.

The location is solid, yet I never imagined having to scrub my teeth in the kitchen sink because there was no bathroom sink, the bathroom itself was cramped, Foxtel was dead, no tea towel was offered, the décor felt old‑fashioned, and I had to ask for the Wi‑Fi password.
