Everything was perfect: the hotel is gorgeous, spotless, cozy, and sits right in the heart of Marrakech. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Abdulaziz at reception who greeted us warmly, assisted with everything, and ensured our stay was comfortable from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended! Nothing was lacking; everything was excellent.

The property was well maintained and perfectly positioned to explore the medina and souks, yet it’s on a quiet, low‑traffic street. Room and common area cleanliness was meticulous. Breakfast quality was good. We also tried the restaurant service, which prepared a delicious lunch with excellent value for money. The staff were all very welcoming and caring, especially Abdullhaziz who made us feel at home. Nothing to note otherwise.

The riad is completely private and boasts stunning architecture; it looks exactly like the photos, the staff respond quickly to any request, and the whole experience was outstanding.
