“Ripped off”

The staff were lovely, yet paying $250 a night was pretty unacceptable for the state of the place. There was a 1 inch gap under my door that I had to cover with a towel to stop cigarette smoke from the neighboring guests blowing in all night. The bathroom window wouldn't shut and there was no soundproofing from the highway 20 metres away. The people wandering around the area didn’t look safe. It was a long night.

The location was good, but the entrance to the car park was too small and many large vehicles were parked out front.
