The room was dirty, kitchen utensils were greasy and filthy, and the neighboring room hosted a party all night with people coming and going, banging doors, and loud music—overall a mess. Cleaning was lacking and the noise was unbearable.

The manager was friendly, but his hours were inconsistent. The ice machine was free, the beds were comfortable, the location was good, and there was secure parking outside the hotel. However, no staff helped with luggage; it was all self‑service, even though there was an elevator and a cart, making it hard for older guests to push the bags.

“I was refused check-in after an upsetting confrontation with the manager, who allegedly made racial remarks and threaten”

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the hotel stay itself because I was refused check-in and never got to stay at the property. My experience was extremely upsetting and disappointing. When I arrived to check in, the manager directed racial remarks and insults at me. He then threatened to call the police and have me removed from the property if I did not leave immediately. As a result, I was refused check-in and could not enjoy the accommodation I had booked. I felt disrespected and humiliated by the way I was treated. I believe this incident should be investigated by

The location was only thing good. They had music blasting all night and the office staff said they are in at 930 but never there till 1030 11am. The room had water coming through the walls and they gave me a bucket and towels to keep cleaning it up
